Position: Chief Pilot
Ref: XE1616
Location: Lagos
Reporting to: Head of Operation

Duties: The Chief Pilot is responsible to the Head of Operation to manage the day-to-day safe operation of the fleet with respect to pilot performance and plan and implement processes and strategies that lead to continuous improvements in overall safety, efficiency, punctuality, and profitability of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
 A Valid ATPL(A) with IR
 Valid ERJ145/ATR72-500/CRJ200 rating
 Flying hours – Total of 5000 hours
 Must have flown within the last 12 months.
 Broad knowledge of Aviation and Organizational activities and procedures.
 Good oral and written communications skills.
 Project planning and management skills.
 Proven leadership ability.
 Broad Industry Experience

Position: Captain – CRJ200

Location: Lagos/Abuja
Reporting to: Chief Pilot
Duties: Responsible to the fleet manager and the Company for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft under his command and the safety of its occupants and cargo during the flight

Qualifications and Requirements:
 A Valid ATPL(A) with IR
 Valid CRJ200 rating
 Flying hours – Total of 5000 hours of which a minimum of 1500 hours PIC on CRJ200
 Must have flown within the last 12 months.
 Hold English to ICAO level 4 or above.
 Demonstrate excellent problem solving, CRM and team working skills

Position: First Officers – CRJ200

Location: Lagos/Abuja
Reporting to: Chief Pilot
Duties: Responsible to the Commander and assist in the safe and efficient conduct of flights.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License with a valid CRJ200 type rating
• Flying Hours – Total of 1,500 hours of which a minimum of 500 hours PIC on CRJ200
• A valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• Demonstrate command potential.
• Ability to perform to a high standard when under stress
• Must have flown within the last 12 months.
• Hold English to ICAO level 4 or above.
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving, CRM and team working skills

Position: B1 & B2 License Engineers – CRJ200

Location: Lagos
Reporting to: Line Maintenance Manager
Duties: The License engineer will perform all scheduled and un-schedule maintenance as required and for the trouble shooting and defect rectification as applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Valid ICAO Type 2 AME License or ESSA Part 66 License B1/B2
• CRJ200 rating
• Recent experience on CRJ200 with not less than 6 months of certification records in the past 2 years
• Certification experience of 5 years; out of which 2 years of experience on CRJ200 with both line and base maintenance experience on the types.
