Excellent Customer Service

Air Peace Staff-Mr Moses Ajoh

Who says Customers don’t appreciate when you treat them right? Well read this commendation from Modupe Bankole.  I stumbled on it on Linkedin this morning. Well Done Moses Ajoh!

My take is for Airlines and Service providers is to reward excellent performance and continuously appraise their customer feedback system. #CustomerisKing. Treat them well for repeat business. if you offer bad service and they still come to you, it is because they do not have a choice.

Thank you for sharing….

This is Moses Ajoh, Passenger Services Executive for Air Peace Nigeria, who made my long wait after flight delay at the Kaduna International Airport very pleasant on 10/4/17 Let me first apologise to Mr Ajoh for taking and using his photograph without permission. I never forget poor customer service, I never forget good customer service. What else does Mr Ajoh not know? That this passenger’s favourite interview style is Covert Interview: observing potential candidates on the job incognito. That what he assumed was a friendly chat with a stressed out passenger became an interview. That the winners for this session were his courteous responses to all enquiries from other emotional passengers (Air Peace related or not) and his confidence, communication, empathy and problem solving skills as observed first hand. That this recruiter is daily appalled by the prevalently poor customer service in Nigeria and scouts for customer service heroes. That good people skills/attitude become the differentiator between candidates with equal technical skills and competencies. Congratulations Mr Ajoh, if you get to read this, you have automatically been shortlisted for a possible future role! Otherwise you are on my radar. Are you being (covertly) interviewed?
