Yippee! mamajsaviationblog is a Year!

 

Mamajsaviation blog was one yesterday. I actually did not border to post anything pertaining to it. Initially, I had wanted to let the day slip by. But on a second thought today, the need to acknowledge this significant day in the history of this blog could not be overlooked.

How times flies…seems like yesterday. I remember when i published my first post a year ago. Lol….how can i forget so soon, how i grappled with posts. Inserting photos that i would sometimes forget to feature…Well, I am not a pro yet but I can at least say that there is definitely a remarkable difference from where i started, to where I am today.

I remember when i hit 1 million post, i celebrated it on a special post . Am sure somebody would have said, “what is the big deal?” For me it was a big deal.  If only you knew my story. I appreciate those who celebrated with me then.

Well, it hasn’t been a roller coaster ride… It’s been a blend of Excitement, challenging moments and at other times tiring…Most importantly, like they say, we never stop learning….. I have learnt new lessons…..One remarkable one is: Without Passion, is difficult to pull through situations. Passion is what sustains and motivates. It is the driving forces that will continually propel you even when you may sometime not see the need to…

Another lesson learnt, Up until now, I was not Social media savvy, but today am in most of the social media platforms…still learning the ropes and getting better by the day. This is a great achievement for me.

I’ll forever be grateful to my ardent followers and Visitors. My well-wishers who believed in me and have continuously motivated me. You know yourselves. Thank you for the Information, forwarded news items and hints, which has not gone unnoticed. I appreciate you all big time. My God sent cheer leaders, God bless you. To my fellow colleagues who are bloggers on the same beat whose stories and professionalism I have tapped from, including our dailies; I say a big thank you.
