What happens in the Cockpit?

I stumbled on this funny meme on the iheart Cabin crew page by Mourad Ben Cheikh and thought it was worth sharing..

It was captioned:

Lol…There may be isolated cases of this scenario but is not the norm and not to this extreme. Depending on the flight and Circumstances though. Pilots are allowed to take a nap (Crew Rest) on long haul flights with additional Crew onboard.
