Galley Fm Gist: Cabin Crew earn #100k as total monthly take home

The gist in the aviation circle is that a naija airline is paying some Crew Members One hundred thousand naira total monthly salary. No allowances. Flat #100k. Irrespective of the number of flights or sectors daily.

For the operators i feel them. Keeping an Airline afloat at these times is not easy with the ever rising operational cost. Truth is most airlines in Nigeria and around the globe are struggling to survive.

But also, is unfair for Crew members to take home that amount at the end of the month. Ah!! With the risks and all….

To get the best from Crew Members they need to be well renumerated.

There are no jobs out there..that we know. Atleast if we are lucky to get one as a Cabin Crew, the pay should be worth the risks.
